Diet pop or sweet tea?

Ok no harsh words, just suggestions. I treat myself to one 20oz thing per week, but which one would I be better off with? Any other time its water, but I figured one pop or tea a week is not nearly as bad as other things people do while preggo! Tia!

  • I personally would go with the sweet tea since I love it so much! And 20oz of it isn't a whole lot. The additives in diet pop is bad for you especially when your pregnant.,I'd stay away from it!

    There have been studies that suggest diet cola actually mimics sugar and causes you to eat more, so in a sense you're doing more harm them good by thinking you are cutting out unwanted calories. Not to mention artificial sweeteners and their unknown effects.

    I admit I'm guilty of diet pop (Fresca), but literally only drink like 8 oz a week, if that.
