Well I've been having some funky cramps outta nowhere lately so I was checking my strings to make sure it was still in there ok and it literally just came out?! Maybe thats why i was cramping, my hubs musta knocked it loose or something!? We were going to have it removed in the next couple months anyway so that we can start TTC again ...hmmm ..that's a sign from the lord if I've ever seen one!!! Lol Jk I guess I just saved myself $150 .... Going to my OB to make sure everything's ok anyway...weird!!

Oh wow! That happened to one of my friends. She said she was cramping thought her period was coming then heard a clink! In the toliet.

I took my last one out myself- it came out complete, nothing broken or anything, and i was fine!

Yes I agree with @Mama_Kat I was looking for a non-hormonal contraceptive but just couldn't face the IUD. My mums fell out less than a week after it was put in. Just make sure to get checked that all is ok x
