Yahoooo! down 22 pounds!

I've cut out ..

Soda
Caffeine period!
Beads
Red meats
Processed foods(no cans, boxes or packages)

I'm down 22 pounds. It's taken me since 2.5 months to drop it.. slow process but its down. Now that Im in the right frame of mind I'm aiming for 10 pounds this month.

2.5 pounds a week is a piece of cake (yummm cake sounds good! LOL)

I haven't even started working out so a little cardio is about to do the trick.
