reflux questions..
I'm pretty sure that my son has reflux. He cries out, then does this gaggy thing, then spits up. They told me all of the things to do for it with my daughter (like smaller, more frequent meals, sitting her up straighter to eat, avoiding car rides and bouncy seats/swings) but i'm breastfeeding him, so this is were my questions come in.. will changing his eating schedule to smaller, more frequent meals affect my milk supply? Right now he eats for 10-15 on each side, every three-ish hours. Is it okay to hold him up straighter while he nurses? Like, it won't be uncomfortable for him, or anything? Can I eat differently to help him or would it help him if I took my heartburn medicine?
Also, he doesn't like being passed, even if its just a couple of times.. he gets really fussy.. Is that just his personality, or could it be from the reflux?
