Do diapers expire?

I just went through boxes I have. Levi is on his last box of pampers swaddlers sz 1. I opened his pampers baby dry sz 1-2 and they seem to be smaller. So I'm thinking of just saving them until baby#2 comes along! Also I bought sz 2 at babies r us and just opened the box, put his pampers sz 1 next to it and they seem to be the same sz so I'm going to seal it back up and exchange for sz 3. oh AND I just am going to disassemble my diaper cake that has up & up (target brand) sz 2, took one off and its the same sz as the sz 1s!

My main? Is do they expire?

There is deff a difference in the sizes.. You wont really tell when they are all folded up and stuff.

@mama_kat I know thats what sucks about exchanging the 2s for 3s at babies r us. its 16 less diapers! I just don't have a recipe for the baby dry 1-2s!

@blessedtxmom I know! I just assumes pampers are pampers & the sizing should be the same! Nope lol

Lauren was given diapers from 2006 and they worked fine. I didn't notice until.my mil asked how the ones she gave us worked.

@wyattsmommy I can definitely tell there is a difference, just don't understand why the same brand would be smaller when its a bigger sz! OH WELL I guess I save them!

I know what you mean about the sizing. I loved huggies little snugglers in size nb, but when I went up to size 1 they seemed weird and didn't fit right. So I switched to pampers swaddlers. After that I just stuck with pampers.
