Anyone know a good homade spanish or mexican rice recipe i only have white rice but no mexican lol and also can i do anything with lentils as beans? because. We dont have any beans either. Sorry this is spur of the moment i was just informed i have to cook and the meat is defrosting quickly

I'd add salsa or chili powder and call it good...

But then my hubby prefers to do the cooking SOOOO I might have the best advice lol.

I brown the rice then add chicken broth in replacement of 2cups of water and a small can of tomato sauce and a little bit of the chicken powdered
