Huggies slip ons causing rash?

My daughter is 8 months and always used Huggies lil movers and baby dry but since she's been giving me a hard time with putting on her diaper I wanted to try those slip on Ones. after a day or two she developed a diaper rash which she's never had a problem with. After using some desitin and changing her diaper almost every hour it's gone but she stills tries to scratch when the diapers off...could it be from the diaper? I notice it doesnt look as absorbent as the regular Huggies.

I use pampers swaddlers but i had to buy cruisers the other day an they dont seem like they absorb as well an she keeps a bumpy red rash an trys scratching all the time its def the diapers good thing i only bought a small pack

@mommylOvessparkle ok now I know she wasn't the only one.

@mrz_Jackson my bf thinks its because it doesn't absorb as well and the pee just sits. Good thing I didn't but the box too but I bought the jumbo pack
