one year olds & older...which milk?

Just curious, my sonnyboy is 13 months & still drinking his formula :-/ is he the only one still getting formula? I'm trying to transition him to sippy cups so I can start giving him different milk...it's not working he hates sippy cups just cupious though which milk are you giving your babies?
Cow milk...whole?
Soy?
Goat?

My daughter has gotten whole milk since she was 11.5 months.

Ill be slowly transitioning my daughter to cow milk next week. She'll be 1 Oct. 12.

My son well b 11 months and he gets a rash around he's mouth every time when I give him a taste of 2% milk

My daughters pedi said today we can start giving her 2%. She is a chunky monkey.... But she isn't walking yet either. We are doing the 2% until her 15mo appt, then we will reassess where she is on the growth chart then after she is walking. Otherwise she would be on whole milk.
