Eczema on butt?

My lo has some eczema on her arms and back of her neck. She scratches up her neck all the time. The past few weeks she's been scratching her butt cheeks as soon as the diapers come off. Her butt is smooth and doesn't appear to have eczema but is it possible since she has it in other areas? Also we have not switched diapers recently.

Yep definitely possible. My son has it severely. Watch the scratching or your lo's butt will look like his- clawed up nightmare!
