how do u ladies lose the weight and keep it off?

I have to kids a 3 year old and a 19 month old and it seems after my daughter I can't drop the weight. I know my eatting habbits are bad but I see my self gaining weight but I love food and dont know how to keep myself motivated. What helps you ladies? I need to lose at least 25 lbs without loosing what little booty I have :).

  • Good luck!! My friend did the food lovers diet, she lost like 30lbs and ate whatever she wanted, just in moderation. I has yet to really try and lose weight since I am still bf so when I stop that's when we are buckling down to get to where we want to be. But I have no idea how we will be doing so.
