Has anyone tried this tea?

I have been good with my supply,.and my lo is 2 months but all of a sudden i can only get like 2 ounces when i pump. Im hopeing this helps.

I did. I couldn't stomach it! The smell got me worse than the taste.

I took it, and I liked it. I had very good supply, taking MM tea and I think a lot of early pumping really helped with my supply a lot.

Just do not suppliment with formula if you realllllllly want to bf. She will nurse more if she needs more, trust her to guide you.

How many times a day did you ladies drink it?

1-2.. maybe 3 on a weekend... I would put it in a travel mug and drink it at school...

I'm drinking a cup of it right now lol I try to drink it 3 times a day, but I do notice a difference in my supply when I drink it.
