Help my daughter has red bumps!!!

She has these little red bumps on her vagina they kinda look like mosqito bites. I dont know what they are it is worrying me. They dont seem to bother her at all I mean she doesnt even notice them... but what could they be??? Should I be worried? Heeellllpppp!!!

My daughter had a yeast rash and it doesn't look like a typical rash it was just red bumps that didn't bother her at all they were mostly on her vagina and she had a few on her thighs..
