  • We wanted our kids to be close in age. lo will b a year old November third and af still has not apeared. My husband has been talking about starting the process soon.
  • I am adopted and it's very long, expensive (for some) and mentally hard process but not only so worth it for the child but I know my parents have always felt very blessed. This is from the many talks I have had with them in last few years.
  • Over here from what we have read its only the court u have to pay here they rather perm care but we want to adopt a daughter
  • Well the paperwork itself is a lot and the court fees are too. Some adoption agencies have other fees but if not your lucky!
  • One of the girls in my daughter's daycare is adopted. Her mother spent about ten grand to do so :)
  • My nephew's are adopted, one from the Ukraine and one from Guatemala. I know from what my inlaws went through it was lots of paper work, dealing with social workers and very expensive. From what I understand it's easier to adopt children from other countries than from in the states. I don't know about in your country but I'm assuming it's similar. Good luck to you though because in the end it is really amazing and rewarding.
  • I'm going to make a few calls today really would love to have a daughter n my boys to have a sister
