has anyone gone through filing a parent plan?

I am wanting to file a parenting plan but was wondering if anyone has gone through it. I could use some advice. I do plan on seeing a lawyer but I'd like a parents perspective. I have never been through this.

    It is something set forth by a judge along with your custody agreement, etc. It doesn't mean much.
