Ibs? health question

Anyone devolop any issues with their bowels after giving birth? I am 5weeks pp and for the past 2 weeks certain foods send me runing to the bathroom. I heard that hormones can cause irritable bowel sydrome but I was curious if anyone had a issue wiith this and if it went away on its own or should I ring up my doctor?

    I think I am gonna just call my doc. In the am I have to go get a bp checkup anyway . It sucks being 21 and having to run to the bathroom like a mad man o.o
