blood pressure meds?

I had a Dr appt yesterday and he decided to put me on blood pressure meds to keep it under control. I know these kinds of meds aren't the safest during pregnancy, so I'm a bit worried. First pregnancy was a breeze, no health issues. This pregnancy is different. Any mommies have experience of being on blood pressure meds while pregnant?

I'm on labetalol for blood pressure..they said It is not dangerous for baby, its in the same category as tylenol.

worrying about it probably isn't going to help your BP lol and I don't think your dr. would give you a medicine if it was going to harm the baby.

@momamar true, I need to reduce my stress! But, it just worried me becuase I hate the idea of taking meds while pregnant. @eiralynnesmommy the one I'm prescribed is a category c meaning they don't know the effects of the fetus. Ugh, just wish this pregnancy was as easy as the first one was.
