spotting

I am only 4 weeks and I am spotting like my period could start anytime. I got a positive two days ago. I called my doc and she said not to worry. Is this common? I am not too crampy but I do have some very mild lower back pain. Should I be freaking out?

    I am 6weeks and experencing the same spotting minus back ache. I spotted twice last week and then yesterday and some today...I alled Ob yesterday and I went in today for bloodwork and will get a call in morning with results. I've been told it is common(look up implantaion bleeding-which is what mine is I think) but I feel your stress! Call your OB to put your mind at ease.
