20 weeks pregnant and bleeding??!

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and have had no complications or anything during my pregnancy. Well me and my husband had sex today and a few hour afterwards I went pee only to find about a tablespoon of blood in my underwear! I'm freaking out. Please someone tell me this has happened to them after sex. It never happened with my first pregnancy. The blood had already dried. But it looked mainly brownish. When I wiped there was also brown blood. Not having cramps or anything. Someone help! I'm freaking out!

    My doc said its normal to spot after sex, if ur really worried, call the on call doctor :)

    Well she has been moving and kicking since then. I will still call the doctor in the morning. It had been like 4 days since we had sex.. I just was curious if anyone else has had this happen?

    Happened with my first around 16 weeks..doc said increase in blood flow and blood vessels down there are more sensitive..some can break during sex causing the bleeding..if it stops and there is no cramping and baby moving should be ok..but wouldnt hurt to call the doc and be sure...better safe then sorry..good luck hun and try not to stress! :-)

    It happened to me too... went to the hospital because I freaked out but everything was fine... our bodies r just sensitive right now

    I was still spotting this morning. So I'm going to the doctor in an hour. :(

    Hope everything is okay. Any of my spotting after sex only lasted half a day and earlier on. I'm only 10 weeks.

    Baby is just fine.. I was still bleeding even when she did the physical exam.. but everything was okay. She is still moving around and the heartbeat was normal. Guess I just need to calm down with the sex. ? Never had this problem with my first though.

    @robinlinlee83 so you found out for sure you are having a girl? I knew your first US wasn't for sure and I must have missed your update post...glad to hear you are both doing ok! Congrats on the baby girl! :-)

    Well not 100% sure. But looked like girl parts to me. She is 85% positive. I'm 20 weeks now so my anatomy scan is next Wednesday. We will know for sure. Very glad everything is okay though. :)

    Okay.. so what the heck! I had my anatomy scan yesterday morning, and the baby is PERFECT she is healthy, and everything looked great. So last night me and my husband had sex and again I'm bleeding like a faucet!!! I went to the doctor last week for this, and she said everything was fine, and baby was healthy. I never had this with my 1st pregnancy.. so why am I bleeding when we have sex now? I'm almost 21 weeks and this is so scary. last night it was bright pink blood and alot, but again today it seems to be gone, and scant and brown. What gives???? I can't find any info on the internet about it. But I don't want to go to the doctor EVERY time this happens.

    When I was pregnant with my second I pretty much was bleeding my whole pregnancy. I ended up on bed rest and no sex. My placenta was covering my cervix,it moved out of the way the bigger I got. I would still call and go see the Dr. That's what they are getting paid for :X

    I know I should call, but I just went last week for the same thing, and I had my anatomy scan yesterday, they said my placenta was anterior but nothing about me having previa. I'm just confused... She is moving and everything, and I haven't had any cramping or pain. Just think it's so strange.

    I called again, and they reviewed my ultrasound pics from yesterday and said everything looks fine, the placenta is okay and everything. Just sometimes in some pregnancies I guess you bleed and sometimes you don't. They said I didn't have to come in.. so I guess everything is okay.

    I had that happen to me I woke up and went to the bathroom and was bleeding and crying I didn't even call the doc I went right in crying and telling them and a nurse came and got me told me it was from having sex the night before that my blood vessels on my cervix were sensitive and just busting I was fine I have not had it happen again I was 11 weekday then
