my tummy hurts :(
Since I started mfp, I haven't been eating fast food and I had McDonald's yesterday.. my tummy STILL hurts! It makes me wonder how I went so long eating nothing but fast food.

@nova I probably should have cut it out a long time ago to save some money, aside from the health benefits.. it was one of our biggest budget busters..
