frustrating....dr. ......vent

So I finally see my Dr at 515 today and she tells me I cant gain no more weight I just hit my 5 month mark I'm supposed to do her diet thing(like I have time) but was supposed to find out if boy or girl but nope they r gonna schedule it tomorrow for with in the next couple weeks then my hubby tells me be doesn't want us to find out he wants it to be a surprise...how am I supposed to buy stuff and prepare if I don't know....but in a way it would be a surprise

Unless you gave gd your dr can shove that diet up her backside

When you are overweight prior to becoming pregnant you are at higher risk for gestational diabetes. It's possible she detected sugar in your urine or has a medical concern prompting this mini intervention.

Everything happens got a reason. Maybe them rescheduling your ultrasound was meant to be.

I weigh less now then I did with my daughter with her I gained a total of 15 lbs my whole pregnancy I was put on a watch cause I would gain like 5 one time and the next loose 8 they were worried I wasn't eating at all
