Is it ok to give an 11 month old 1% cows milk?

  • I wouldn't recommend it...it doesn't really benefit the child.

  • It's not going to hurt if that's all you have at the moment, it's just not recommended long term. I personally don't use or give milk at all, but that's another story. Lol
  • @wilsomom lol thanks n yeah I didn't pump enough n don't have anything stored so my mom was gonna give her that if she ran out.

    It'll probably upset her tummy, like stinky more frequent poppa.... but any kind of new milk would do that.

    @baileygoose I use soy milk or almond milk. I'm trying to completely cut out animal products... I do eat vegetarian, but I'm working on vegan. A plant based diet is full of all the nutrients we need without all the stuff we don't need that's in animal products. (saturated fat, hormones, chemicals & other toxins) :)
