We went grocery shopping & in front of our building I let go of the cart.. it fell backwards & 7 eggs suffered the fall. I dont want to toss them, lol. What can I do with 7 eggs tonight??
I once read a interest thing that said you could freeze eggs...but you had to scramble the egg first (not cook, just scramble it with a fork)...never tried it tho..worth a look
You could always make a quiche with all those eggs! Just scramble with a fork, add a little cream. Then in a pie pan I add whatever's in the fridge...ham, cheese, spinach, chicken..then pour egg mix over, add a little salt and pepper then bake until set!
You could make a lot of cookies! Heh custards take a lot of eggs...could do that. Or just scramble them and put them in a container for morning and make eggs for breakfast.
