depo and anitbiotics

Do antibiotics make the depo ineffective? Asking for a friend. She has been on the depo for five yrs. And hasnt had a period for yrs. She's on antibiotics and had protective sex over the weekend. If the drop is effected by antibiotics...when can she test? Thanks!

I am pretty sure it makes the pill ineffective...so I would ASSUME it does the same for the shot..lol but you know what happens when you ASSume.. Lol
