Calling all postpartum Preglies!!!

Many of us have united on
www.MyFitnessPal.com committed to a healthier lifestyle for our families and especially for ourselves.

I waited 12 months after delivering to start trying to lose weight... I call myself "giving myself time" .... Wrong move!

6 weeks is giving myself time, but 12 months was plain and simply just making excuses. I suffered.. and my family suffered as we all put on a few pounds here and there because I thought as a SAHM... It ment making rich and delicious meals that just ultimately resulted to a sluggish and lazy family.

While on MyFitPal I've learned how to prepare clean food, shop for healthier foods, find exercises that work for me and learn the steps to change my lifestyle.
