3 months no period and negative test

I haven't gotten my period in 3 months when I first missed my period I took 2 test and they were positive so I went to planned parenthood and it came back negitive then I went to get a blood test and it was negative but I'm almost 4 months without a period could I be pregnant ?

Well do u have any symptoms? Have u been growing these 4 months? Blood tests usually always show so that's really weird...but anything is possible if u have always had a regular period and now nothing for 4 months it's good to talk to your doc. Stress and weight lose can cause that too.

If you are having unprotected or even protected sex theres always a chance of been pregnant.
H ave you made any changes to your diet? are you stressed? alot of things can make a period disappear for a while . Do you feel pregnant? Most women can tell when they are pregnant even before they take a test. Maybe you should go to the doctor and get your self checked for any other issues that can cause a period to go missing
