skin rash?

This morning I noticed my daughter had a red patch on her forearm and side of knee...they were really faint so I figured it was from crawling around...I've checked it now and they are bright red, no heat, and look like a cluster of tiny blisters but feel dry to touch..they are about the size of a nickle...any ideas or tips please?

Could it be hives? When my son had those I stripped him down cause the heat/sweat made them flare up even more. And then gave him a Luke warm bath. They passed within a few days.
If it doesn't clear up I'd call the pediatrician.

It could be be just raction to cold weather i mean unless you live down south or southwest...or it could be a allergic reaction did you talk to her pediatrician about it??
