Pain and Tingling in Left Shoulder

I've been having this pain and tingling, it lasts for 1-5 minutes about 4 times a day. It happens when I'm resting, or active. Any insight? My doctor wants to see me, and I'm scared.

Sorry, no idea. I have problem with my right shoulder but its cause of car accident. I hope they can make you feel better.

Sounds like it can be an impingement.

K, I read about impingement, but I don't know if it's that because the pain and tingling are mostly in my shoulder blade and goes up the side of my neck.
