? About miscarriage

@ 3 weeks.... What is the process? My sitter told me she was lying to her boyfriend that she was prego but now she says she had a miscarriage today. I dunno if she was bullshitting cuz she seemed perfectly fine to me. I was pissed at her for leaving my daughter with her bf, who i never met, to go pick up kids from school.... A whole other issue but jw wat is the extent of a miscarriage at 3 weeks.

It would be about like a regular period. Maybe some extra cramping.

3 weeks is the day your period is due...so it would be just like a period.

I bet if she was, she may have actually meant preg for 3 weeks. Not everyone knows about cycle bla bla. I didn't before I came to pregly! I had a miscarriage a1 5/6 weeks I had heavy cramping for about an hr until it passed. Then the pain was gone!
