Really? All the reviews I read said it wasn't bad. I just really don't want to loose it and it feels like my supply is lowering so I want to try And get it back up and if its just a growth spurt then ill have extra to pump. But it doesn't seem like a regular growth spurt but who knows @steph_due_101611

I dont know what happened with me. Drank down fine. Puked right out. But thats just me. I have a practically new box with no use for it.

I use it. Drink it 3-5 times a day. You can eat raw almonds as well to help with your supply too.

I used it didn't help me. Funegreek did though. I noticed a huge difference after 24 hours. When I worked I had to take fenugreek a lot due to low supply.
