So last night I woke up and my boob was so rock hard. I feel like it's been like that before but more all day it's been sore and feels bruised. Is it normal? anyone else have this happen?
Sounds like an inflamed duct. This occurs with over production and engorgement. When it happened to me I applied heat and massaged the area like crazy. It hurts like crazy and eases the more you massage. I did this to prevent mastitis. Keep an eye out for fever, that will be your tell.
@mijita thanks! Last night I was feverish so it prob is mastitis I applied heat this morning and was just massaging it and damn yes it hurts like hell!!!
