Pooping a lot

My son has pooped 6 times today! The first 5 were solid but the last one was a little runny and his poor butt is all red and chapped. Any suggestions to get his tummy to settle down? Any suggestions to get his butt less chapped? Poor guy screamed bloody murder in the bath tonight. He's 13mo and eats all solids now.

Malia has been the same for 2 weeks or so. Every diaper is shit (except 2 today). Desitine in every diaper, her daily rash clears up over night. She is 14.5 mo.

Is he teething? My daughter always seems to poop more when she is getting ready to get a tooth or 2. We rotate desitin or avenno diaper rash cream and powder. My lil one will be 14mos on the 17th.

My daughter has been like that to I use cornstarch within a few hours her rash clears up, but she has been sick to she 17months
