  • Mine hasn't you can probably google it...but it might have not been related to the shot if it has never happened before I'm sure it's nothing serious. But hope your lo is ok.
  • @jules thanks. I've just never heard of that. I've heard of fevers but not throwing up.
  • Depends... how long after and what shots given??
  • She got her 12 months shots. I don't remember the name but one was for chickenpox, the other for mumps, she got her flu shot n one more. She started throwing up a few hrs later...no where near the time she got her shots @lilbit01_209
  • Could be the flu shot. My sons doc alway says to call if theres any issues like that so I would check, unless its stopped and she is showing no other reaction... Did she cry a great deal? If my son cry cries he sometimes takes in to much air and will spit up or vomit. (Usually in the car when we cant stop to pull him out- he hates my hubbys carseat lol)
  • Nope...not much crying at all. It's 1:55 where I'm located n she's still throwing up. Ugh, I hate seeing her like this. Back to the doc I go tomorrow. Her bday party is Sat so I hope she feels better before then. @lilbit01_209
  • I would call the advice nurse or go to the er... that long of throwing up is not good for a 1 year old. Is she drinking anything??
  • Yes. Vomiting is a very common reaction. Vaccines have many, many effects. Hope he feels better soon!
  • Mine did with the flu vaccine.
  • @lilbit01_209 yes she drinking but not keeping it down
    @captivated thanks
    @luv my5 how long did throwing up last?
  • About a day or two. The length of a flu bug.
  • Awe hope she is doing better. Beatrix didn't get the flu shot and we didn't have any problems, we just got the 3 vax..chicken pox, hep a(first round), and something else I can't remember.
  • @trixiesmon8 thanks hon. She stopped throwing up around 10 this morning n has been feeling a lot better.
