When I walked in my front door yesterday after getting off work my fiancée was sitting on the couch violently throwing up, he could talk very well all he could get out was he couldn't see and he was extremely dizzy.. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he was later care flighted to a bigger hospital and we just got word he had a major stroke effecting his cerebulum.. That was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed in my life
