serious gas pains after csection

had a csection yesterday morning at 9.43am for the last 2hours or so iv had really bad pains in my tummy and lower back! iv tried to go to the toilet with no luck and iv passed wind a few times but jt just keeps buildin back up! any advice on what i can do to stop it pls

Lay on your right side and try and bring your knees up to your chest a bit x

Try burping too.. maybe that helps?

Aren't you in the hospital? Ask for some anti-gas meds. I had that after mine, too. It's the air that gets trapped from surgery. It's the worst gas pain ever...:-(

^ yup when I was in hosp they gave me mess for it, and be sure to ask for stool softer too!

Stool softer and gas x. I had those pains so bad after my c section I cried for hours. It was rough but the gas x helps. And my Dr had me drinking soda so I could burp or pass gas, this helps get the air out.
