    My friend is in Alberta with her daughter, and wants to move back to Ontario where she's from to get away from her (now ex) boyfriend, who got physical with her Friday night. But she doesn't know if she can just take her daughter away, or not. Plus she may be pressing charges for the assault, and doesn't know of she does press charges, if she'll have to stay.
