How do you pass a drug test?

I gave my 15 year old a home drug test today. He knew it was coming. He said he was going to quit smoking pot after he got in trouble the last time & agreed to take a test at 2 months which would be plenty of time for it to leave his system. I told him I was gonna stand by the bathroom door without looking so I could at least hear. He was fine with that. So I'm standing there & he says it might take a minute. Then I hear a small squirt in the cup, then it stops, then another squirt/stop a couple times. Then he walks 4 feet to the door & says here, hands me the cup then says I'm gonna finish peeing now & goes & pees a lot. I'm concerned he may have done something to pass the test, but idk anything about how. I will say his pee was warm, but it was completely clear...not yellowish at all. The test was negative. I hate to be thinking negative, but I'm very suspicious. Any thoughts?

Oh yeah, I never thought of smelling it lol. @my2boys I just wonder why it's so clear? Like he was drinking a lot to dilute it maybe.

Possibly, have you seen him drinking a lot of water? I think of him turning the sink on, sorry.

There are also plenty of detox drinks you can get to clean it out, also was it just a weed test you gave him? Maybe he stopped the weed but kept doing other drugs so the test didn't pick them up. He could have been nervous about what the test would show and that is why was peeing like that.

He drank a shit ton of water. Make him retake but give him some juice or soda to drink.

Was there a squirt bottle he had in his pocket or a bottle of visine he pulled out of his underwear? I would not trust him, there not dumb that is why the cops and probation and parole officers fully watch, im afraid that is the only way you will truly know

My husband stops and starts like that.. but he had surgery on his thing when he was little so its a little messed up. lol.

Hmmm..... I smelled it & it doesn't smell like anything. I hope I'm just being overly suspicious, I tend to do that. Lol I'm gonna show my hubby later & see what he thinks.

@stephforever89 - I did see him drinking water today & he NEVER drinks water...hates it. He was also up late with a couple friends who spent the night so he could've been drinking water all night....ugh I psychoanalize everything!

If he drank enough water it will be clear have little to no smell. If he was to drink something other than water his pee wouldn't be clean anymore. Water just dulutesit.

Hmmmm....maybe I should do a random test in a few days & not let him know in advance. Like a dummy I told him he could go to a party tonight if he passed the test & I told him that 2 days ago. It's not that I don't want him to go with his friends, but I wish I wouldn't have told him ahead of time.

Well test him tomorrow if your going to bust him do it as soon as he gets home from the party.

I've never taken a drug test and don't know much about them but I thought that stuff stats in your system for while, even with drinking lots of water. I could be totally wrong though.

I think I'll give him one with first morning urine tomorrow & either have my hubby go in with him or stand in the bathroom with him with my back turned. (i can always turn around if I hear something suspicious) thanks @stephforever89 @lafiitz89

@sands3 I'm not sure either, but I read online that drinking tons of water works...at least for pot. That's the only one I'm really thinking he's doing.

I was a bad teenager when I was on probation I was tested. I drank a lot of water peed before the test and during I always passed mine doing this I just stop smoking a couple of days before.

@sands3 is correct. Thc is stored in your fat cells. Only way to get it out of your body quicker is to burn fat. Water is an old myth, but may work on a home test. Won't work in a clinic that does drug tests as it tests the spec grav of urine and if diluted it will usually be an automatic failure. I'd go a clinic for the test. costs between 25 and 50 bucks

@captivated the insert says 50ng/ml. I'm not sure what that means exactly. His urine was so clear it looked like water.

Hey @wilsomom .. its really easy to pass a test with a wizzo... Sometimes they call it other things. What it is ... Is a little pouch that straps to your stomach. It holds pee (that is sold with the kit) there's also a warmer that you insert because some testing places will test temp.

I think you should do what u were saying wait for the morning be in here with him or your husband. I think u have every right to do that after everything. Good luck!

You should probably do a random test in the next 2 days or so. If you do it tomorrow morning, you may get more accurate results but it may start problems again. If i were you, i would leave things as is and not mention the test he took or any future ones so that you can get him once he's put his guard down.

When my loser of a sister was staying with me she told me that she would buy her boyfriend a urine pack to pass drug tests. I asked her what it is and she said its a pack the guy wears around their waist and has a tube connected so they can pull it from their zipper (in case they are being watched it looks like they are actually peeing) neways she says it gets warm because right before they use it they snap it to activate warmth.

Maybe he diluted it? I'm not sure if that works or not. But drank alot of water. Our he read up on it and it comes after the initial pee. My husband said it doesn't hurt to stop.
