horrible lower back pain

Has anyone else had this? I had it my first two pregnancies but it didn't get bad until later. My first pregnancy I did physical therapy and had to go on fmla it was so bad. Well now I'm only just over 12 weeks and my lower back is in so much pain I feel like I'm not going to be able to walk soon. It hurts to lay down, it hurts to get up, it hurts to walk and climb stairs. I don't know what to do, this sucks :(

    @smcox its when your sacro illiac joint in you lower back is not working right. So its just basically horrible lower back pain deep in the lower back. I think its part of pelvic instability.
