First postpartum physical

I am 5 months postpartum and have my first physical tomorrow. I am excited to go and hopefully get back on metformin and ask about some rx weightloss aid since my pcos is kicking my butt. I actually weighed less right after giving birth than i had in 6 years and all my weight is piling on no matter what i do. Hopefully i can get some help.

I have had it checked before and it has been normal. It is such a mystery...my husband doesnt get it and feels terrible about my struggle!
