So I slept through a feeding and didn't pump on time and my right breast is in some crazy pain I'm trying to pump but hardly anything is coming out what can i do? I just took a hot shower thinking that would help before i pumped.

Put a warm wash cloth on your breast and hopefully the milk can start coming down.
