need help!

My 20 month old randomly broke out in raised bumped all over her chest stomach and back. Some are red but most arent they are just really little and all over those areas. They are itching becauee ive caught her scratching a couple of times. She has had them for a little over 24hrs now and I have no idea what they would be from

Give her some benadryll..any new soaps. Lotions or new clothes with different fabrics?

I cant think of anything that has changed to break her out but im gonna get her benadryl tommorrow. And I think a trip to the doctor too
