Quick question..

I switched from a ultra low dose birthcontrol (Lutera) to a Low dose pill (Mononessa) I just wanna make sure my thinking is right.. I dont need to use condoms or anything when switch since i finished the pack of Lutera and started using the Mononessa on my orginal start date..Right?

I think any time you switch, even without missing any days of a pill, to wait at least two weeks until forgoing condoms, ideally a month. But I'm no doctor.

I would use backup to, even if it is a switch there are different levels of hormones your body might react differently

Backup methods are not necessary so long as there was no gap and it was started at the correct time. You still have the hormones from your prior birth control in your body
