What can I use for thrush on my boobs?

Vinegar and water mix. 1tbs of vinegar with one cup of water. Q tip to swab on your nipples multiple times a day. After each feeding, pumping session etc.

Make sure you sterilize anything your milk comes into contact with as well. Baking soda/water mix will rid baby of it as well
