paypal users please help!!!

Ok ladies... I have financial aid waiting on me but I have to activate this higher one card and either put it on there or can deposit it in my bank but the deposit will take forever and I need the money NOW!! is there a way I can like make a payment to my paypal with that higher one card then transfer the money to my bank

If you transfer the money from paypal to your bank it takes 3 days I think. I have a paypal debit card so whenever there's money in my paypal I can just use the card anywhere. Can you get money off the higher one card? Like a cash advance?
