refering friends?

Instead of opening form can we refer a friend? @moderator

    They have to open the forum in order to allow anyone to get a new account. I don't think they will do so. The only way is to get a user who wants to be deleted and give that person their account. However, it is a TON of work for moderator.

    I only moderate the forum, Martin does all the programming & administrative work. I do not not believe he plans on opening registration again.
