sore throat help plz im desperate loo

My daughter has a runny nose and sore throat...she woke up every 20 mins to an hour crying even after Tylenol so is there anything I can do to help sooth it

    How old is she? My LO is 18mo and I have given him Hylands baby cough syrup to soothe his throat, seems to work.

    She is 18mths and ill try that im desperate at this point lol

    A spoonful of honey helps but I never tried it on someone that young.

    A woman that runs a preschool told me to do a spoonful of honey mixed wit sum cinnamon

    Honey! I use a natural cough syrup but it's like mostly honey and one more thing I think. It coats the throat feels good :)
