cramping & af is not here
when I walk or sit down I'm having bad cramps. I'm not even on my period. my app says am 8 days late. but it's been telling me that for the past few months. when I'm supposed to start then she shows. can this be a sign she's coming help advice and the cramps are down there not in my tummy
