11 weeks...a little pink in discharge

So at 6 weeks I was bleeding and was told I was in a threatened miscarriage stage. One week ago I got diagnosed with a bacterial infection and I'm taking meds now...:/

I went to the bathroom today and wiped And there was faint pink in my discharge.

I'm freaking out!
