Watery eyes and stool

Yesterday I noticed my 18mo old's eyes were really watery and this morning he has had 2 watery stools, I have no idea if the two are related but I am more worried about the poop of course. Anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be?

    My lo's get watery eyes when they have a fever or are sick, so I'd say it could be related just from not feeling well.

    Watery eyes could be allergies. Don't know about the stool though.
