gas x & tums

Someone please tell me I can take these, I'm so uncomfortable from being bloated and gassy uuugghhhh I can't take it anymore!

    you can take tums but only blain ones no extra strength

    I love tums lol I eat one for fun sometimes. But yes they are perfectly fine it's just a base that helps balance out the acid in your tummy and such.
