ugly poopy Pampers

so my son is pooping ugly first it started him being constapated for a day then he pooped green alvacado color then yellow its been all diarrhea nasty and so much he come out of pamper when this started he didn't want to eat just boobie he's teething all he's back teeth r coming n I give him plenty of water well that's all he drikes um he did eat a tomato idk if it caused it any ideas ladies? it kinda got better today I was thinking he got a tummy flu he has no fever should I get him check I can't recall any new foods besides

when he did poop I thought it being so much was normal cause he was constapated oh and sry miss spell word or not explainning my self right

Sounds like he's Ok. I'd just keep an eye on him, if he's acting differently or if his poops dont start looking more normal. Could be teething or something he ate or both.

Teething can cause diarrhea. From the excess saliva. I would worry to much. Just keep him hydrated.

If he is eating then I would introduce some BRAT items. BRAT stands for bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. All these things will help with diarrhea.
